When you contact us or request a free website demo, we may collect:

• photos or files you voluntarily upload;
• correspondence with Siterr Agency.

If you become a customer, we may also process information necessary to manage your agreement, website, domain, invoices and payments.

Files uploaded through the free demo form are used only to:

Uploaded photos or files will not be publicly published without approval or another valid legal basis.

For demo requests that do not lead to a customer relationship, uploaded files are normally deleted within 90 days after the last contact, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them for longer.

If you become a customer, relevant files may be retained for as long as necessary to provide and maintain your website.

Please only upload photos, logos, texts or other materials that you are authorised to provide and use.

5. How long do we keep your information?

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary. General guidelines:

• demo enquiries and related correspondence: up to 6 months after the last meaningful contact;
• uploaded demo files: normally up to 90 days after the last contact;
• customer information: for the duration of the customer relationship and afterwards where reasonably necessary;
• invoices and legally required financial administration: according to the applicable statutory retention period.

6. Who may receive your information?

We may use trusted service providers such as:

• website and hosting providers;
• domain registrars;
• email providers;
• form-processing providers;
• file-storage and backup providers;
• technical service providers.

These providers may process information only where necessary to provide their services. Siterr Agency does not sell personal data.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be used where required.

7. WhatsApp

If you contact Siterr Agency through WhatsApp, your communication may also be processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy terms.

You can always choose to contact Siterr Agency by email instead.

Siterr Agency does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
